Welcome to China Grade Neighborhood Firewise! Firewise is a program with the National Fire Protection Association which provides a framework for neighbors to reduce their wildfire risk at a local level. Our Firewise site includes China Grade Rd from lower Hwy 236 to the Big Basin Park boundary and all side streets off of China Grade within that stretch. We have been a Recognized Firewise site in good standing since June 2024.
Firewise benefits include: homeowners insurance discount, neighborhood collaboration to lower wildfire risk at both the community and individual property level, early-bird access to the RCD chipping program, and more. Join our neighborhood discussion groups to stay up to date.
