Neighborhood Volunteer Work Parties for Roadside Vegetation Management
Proper vegetation clearance along roads and driveways was one of the key safety issues noted in our Community Risk Assessment. Volunteers are needed for neighborhood work parties to help residents who are unable to do this work. You can help with roles such as vegetation removal work, disposal (chip pile stacking, transport to BL transfer station, use of Greenwaste compost bins), or other support (tools/equipment, snacks/drinks, disposal fees).
If you would like to request volunteer assistance, please email us.
