Community Risk Assessment and 3-Year Action Plan. Chief Bingham performed a drive-through Risk Assessment of our neighborhood together with 2 of our Firewise Committee members. A follow-up risk assessment was later done by Lynn Sestak, the Firewise Coordinator for Santa Cruz County. These assessments were the basis for our 3-Year Firewise Action Plan.
